At present, our founders, Sunny and Peter, have invested in property valued at $64 million and have successfully worked to achieve over 1.5 million square feet of permitted floor area. Prior to land assemblies and density intensification projects, we have built over 15 multi-million dollar homes, mostly in the south Mississauga area of Port Credit.
